I would like to say it was an absolute pleasure working with Jose and his team. We needed our house sold fast, his team was in it within a couple days of meeting. Just a little over a week all new paint, flooring, carpeting, fixtures and door hinges replaced. It turned out amazing and house sold 2nd day on the market. I highly recommend them and going through a very stressful time they were amazing!! Thank you Jose and team!!

Found Chico via thumbtack and real glad I did. He was able to get a few out within an hour to begin replacement of rotted fence posts that were causing my fence to lean. Beyond reasonable pricing, transparency with expectations, and great commutation. Will be using for any housing needs in the future

Jose Sanchez and Chico FOCO Painting are an incredible contractor. They painted our house and it looks better than when we moved in - we’re the original owners and have been here 33 years. So we’ve seen all kinds of painters and contractors, and Jose and his team are simply the best I’ve ever worked with! Not only excellent work, but everyone took care of our property, arrived on time, and were very friendly. When we had discussed and agreed upon a scope of work, I asked him when he could start. He said he could have a team out that afternoon - and he did! He gave me a quote and then stuck to it. I’ve always recommended him to 4 others. In the future, I’ll text Jose and Chico FOCO for all my painting and home improvement projects.

Jose and his crew were phenomenal! We had a fence repair that needed to be completed ASAP, and his crew was able to complete all repairs within 24 hours of my call. Everyone involved was efficient, professional, and tidy, and his price was VERY reasonable. Couldn't be happier and plan on using his services in the near future for other repairs around our property.

We had a great experience working with Jose and his crew. We bought a townhouse that needed a lot of repairs and they were able to address them all. They repaired drywall, fixed damaged windows, installed a ceiling fan, painted, added shelving to a closet, epoxy-coated the garage floor, did some plumbing repairs, re-tiled a shower, and more. From odds and ends to big projects, they have skilled workers for any need. They're friendly, honest, dependable, and do quality work. We will definitely use them again!

Jose provides some of the best service we have ever received (we have worked with him twice now and been very impressed with his service both times). He is super attentive and got back to us quickly with a quote. His crew did an amazing job painting some interior rooms, drywall repair, home upgrades, and also hauling out a lot of old furniture. They were all very professional! There was a small ding left by one of the couches and Jose immediately came over and fixed it.
We will continue to use Jose in the future as we couldn't be happier! I will definitely be recommending Jose to friends, neighbors, family, etc.

Jose was very great to work with! Helped me out in a pinch and his crew was very top notch! Customer service was great and they were quick and efficient! I would not recommend anybody else for any moving, drywall, painting, roofing, tile and landscaping needs! Definitely will be using them in the future! Great company!
